I just noticed that too and began laughing uncontrollably.
I have a feeling this is just some random guy who made an account with a pic of Osama Bin Laden - and asked for a nuke (he has 1 post). Likely a troll.

Giving a nuke to a kid whose avatar is a picture of bin Laden is not worth all the cookies in the world. Or anything, for that matter.
