I'm about an hour from D.C.

Fort McHenry in the inner harbor area, along with Federal Hill also in the inner harbor, were key locations during the War of 1812.  We've also got the national aquarium in Baltimore, the Maryland Science Center, and a really cool inner harbor.

Just don't go out at night.

For some reason I have been attracted to Baltimore, Maryland for quite some time.

I have never been there, only driven through it only 3-4 times, but it has a nice, northern coastal feel to it. I also really like the landscape around it.

About an hour or 2 away from New York :D

Mall of America. I win.

It is a nice city, there are lots of good shops and attractions.  We've also got the Hunt Valley mall which is really nice (Wegmans, movies, more) and the Towson Mall which has a stuff ton of stores inside, but also has both P.F. Chang's and the Cheesecake Factory.

Fort Delaware, one of the most haunted places in the US... I can walk to the ferry from my house...
