i don't know anything about scripts, programing, or anything. i don't even know how to instal map editing things like hammer and stuff. so if you know, please tell me!

It's there for a reason! There's map tutorials, weapon tutorials and lots of scripting help.

If you don't know the slightest bit about mapping or coding, I suggest you take it easy and learn all the basics step by step instead of jumping straight into mapping.
