ZAPT is underrated. It's got a lot of potential, and people haven't invested enough in creating additions to it.
It's, I assume very strongly, very well-structured, and I haven't even looked at the code to tell that.

It's got a lot of good add-ons to go along with it. Not so good with RPs though. It's best for an L4D style stage survival
The Titanium:
Lots of people use L4B as a base for automatic, script-based, simple offensive/defensive bots. I've done so, in example in my (unfortunately rather hacky and inelegant) specialized HL2 Headcrab and Combine bot sets.
