99 Players!

Would i need RAM to host a server with a lot of people?
I was thinking about hosting a server that would have a limit of 99 players.
The goal would be to get 99 players in.
I have one question about it though.
Would i need a certain amount of RAM or anything like that?
i have an AMD Turion II p540 processor, and not sure how much RAM.

You would need a very powerful computer. You could do this with ease if you purchased Kalphiter's Dedicated Hosting Service for only $6.
