If you decide to host your build in a PUBLIC server, then the PUBLIC is free to save it and use it as they please.  You are expected to understand this prior to hosting a server.

If you want to create a PRIVATE build and not risk having it saved, then host a PRIVATE server.

If you're so concerned about your venerated reputation being stained by someone claiming your build is theirs, then include measures to prove it is yours (I.e. print bricks located in a hidden location with your name, or an event which displays your name when clicked).

brown townogies to real life theft do not apply here as this is a video game, and it does not include the ability to copyright builds.  Learn this and stop acting as though you are entitled to anything.  Because you are not.

I went to the server it was just a bunch of rectangular buildings with a few windows and a few doors, every building was empty. It looks like it was built in under an hour if he knows how to use macros.

Well it seems like if there are two servers with the same exact build, it would steal players from the original creator's server. I don't see why people are so apathetic about it, I mean if 20 people started hosting Chrono's DRPG, imagine how badly his server population would suffer as a result.
