Frozen - QQ about Dev banning him and general friendry

Frozen is a loving handicap. When I first met him on knife TDMs, he would be all "OMG PLACID YOUR SO GOOD PLEASE GIVE ME LESSONS??" as well as Deve111, but they both worked past that point.
Deve111: Actually decent, modest about his skills.
Frozen: Horrible, don't have screenshots of it but i know Frozen thinks he's the best and stuff. I tried to explain to him that if you think you're the best you honestly aren't, but then hes like "ok i'm not the best." so yeah, then he continued to talk about how he's so "beast" and he's the "best" and blaming every single one of his deaths on nonexistant lag.
plus, Frozen just acts like a general friend. I'd agree with a permanent ban of him.
