People build on different levels.
1.I've seen many decent builds that werent on baseplates and hes probably in single player, it doesnt really matter. He may lag, but mose people prefer you build on a baseplate to prevent from spamming a server which probably inst intended.
2.The eye of mordor is loving awesome.
