mod manager is what is supposed to appear when you correctly install Return to Blockland.
Like I said, I'll post a step by step tutorial on how to download addons and RTB.

Restart Blockland, if you installed Return to Blockland correctly you would have a new "set" of buttons on the right side of the main menu.

Click the "Mod Manager" button on the top of the menu.
