Ya, I did it like once just for the heck of it but I got bored. I came back to irc and the same spammer was spamming IRC as before.

Someone got banned for caps spamming by saying "HeY" once.
I'm pretty sure it's fixed now.

It probably means Ephi is making the migration over to RTB4.

There's no conspiracy/migration/strangeness afoot, it's just an issue I can't solve at the moment.
