I VIVIDLY remember that build.

I remember I would always join Gunner's server, I would build, roleplay, and I made a few friends. I know Gunner wouldn't steal a build because he devotes his time into making them, I have watched him build things like that, I was there for the construction of that Megaton. I remember TimReed's Saloon (oleg), and how outside there was a spaceshuttle built by Gunner himself. There was also a bridge that crossed the water that was broken, and into raider territory, where I established a home, bought some weapons, and waged war with Megaton. I remember the crater with the bomb in it, I watched Gunner build it, Same with that vault you described.

Unless I am thinking of some other build, it wasn't stolen.

Yeah, I can vouch for Gunner, as well, we are close friends and, like I said on Aeschylus' post, I watched Gunner build the falloutRP.
