You actually shoot it into your leg in real life because shooting it into your heart would kill you.
And it's never been definitively proven that injecting it directly into your heart during cardiac arrest will help to restart your heart.

I think the OP is wanting to make a Blockland add-on for the adrenaline, and just put this in the wrong forum.
