Graphical glitches (Vista)

My avatar's arms are weirdly stretched to infinity, on Vista but not XP.
And, yes, I have ATI's drivers 7.4 released yesterday.

Are you running on a laptop?

No. Everything runs on the highest quality. My graphics card is modern and adequate (X1950 Pro).
