Graphical glitches (Vista)

It's in Windowed mode.
However, with the same computer running dual booted with Ubuntu/Linux, and Blockland under WINE, it works absolutely perfectly if not better than the other WinXP I have. The problem is with the Windows version of the drivers, not with the game or the system.
