You honestly don't even need admins unless your server is dedicated and they are moderating it while you are not there.
Giving it to all your friends just causes unnecessary drama and problems.
But anyway, that was just general. For you:
Don't even put "admin" in your title, and ban everyone who asks for it. Chances are, they are idiots.

This causes unnecessary drama and problems too.
My advice is just to say no and ignore them. If they keep asking then kick them. If they keep at it then ban them.

I don't ban ppl because thy asked for admin. I simply say no.
