I'm fairly sure the RTB ID list works off the actual master server, though.

IDs 5-99, 2000-2999, 10,000, 20,000, and 30,000 were private and/or auctioned.

http://forum.returntoblockland.com/list.php You'll notice it skips numbers. More than just disabled or reserved. RTB uses it's client to register this information, Badspot doesn't give such access that you think.
