I used Milkshape 3D, and when i export to .dts and all, the weapon comes out all unshaded, how do i fix that?
Tell me how to do it please

You mean they aren't shadowy anymore? Like they glow? It's a script thing but I forget what it was

Its in a black background so i could delete it and try to make its own killed by icon, and preview icon

disable docolourshift in the item and weapon's datablock.

Hmm, it works, but its sorta smooth shaded now, how do i make it all flat shaded now?

Try readding the 'blade' part to the model file of the hilt. Perhaps in your 'full' sword you added more faces to the cylinders accidentally and then they ended up rendering with more detail - more shading.

re-flat shade the model with the blade.
