I'm not giving you a template to follow I'm giving you an EXAMPLE. Also forgive me that "THIS GUN SUCKS" was an example as well and I'm not suppose to be held accountable for remembering the exact thing he said to the letter. You're only scratching for redemption by picking at small details that aren't relevant.

What do you want, for him to give you a medal because he was an ass?

You won the thread. Instead of it being locked in perpetual argument, he backed off, and admitted his wrongs. The community saw his wrong-doings, and were humbly informed of them. What more do you want?
