I have a mod, that when you type /whois (name), it shows the player's Ping, IP, and bl_id.
A kid named Clinr121 joined the server and said he was lagging a lot so i said /whois Clinr121 and this is what happened....

I've had ping in excess of that amount while playing Blockland before.
That IP looks similar to something that I would normally get, but it appears he's on the ISP "Road Runner."
