Hey, I got asthma too...

Hey, I got asthma too...
But I don't have asthma .-.

Does it count if I breath out at points?
No. You're not getting oxygen, so it doesn't count as breathing.. really. I only do it when I feel I'm at the very end, then hold my breath again. It's basically fake releif.

I've also just tested my breathing again. I used to dive, then I started smoking tobacco, then I stopped smoking tobacco recently. I'm down to 1:45 when out of water. :(

(I haven't been diving in a long time.)

if i hold my breath for about 30 seconds 3 times in a row (taking about 1 deep breath in between) i find myself starting to feel faint and basically hyperventilating
.-.

no seriously 30 seconds is about the most i can hold before i like, start getting blurry vision - yes, blurry, not dizzy - and it's all pretty much from hyperventilation.. learned that when i was in like 3rd grade in mandatory chorus classes. nearly hyperventilated the day of a concert. :(

It's crazy... about 20 seconds in I can feel my heartrate slow from 100-112bpm to 40-50bmp.

I get to like 20 seconds and then my eyes get blurry D:
Then I get to about 30 seconds and I exhale for some relief.
Eventually I'll get to about 47-51 seconds and I'll just give up.

61 seconds.  :panda:
wow holy god i think i almost fainted on my computer but i beat you by one second sir... i shall train more tomorrow
for now.. off to bed

If you can get your heart to slow, you use A LOT less oxygen. I had a (resting) BPM of about 55 this time almost 1.5 years ago. I'm at 67 average now. Tested 3 times and got 67 each time lol. I used to be so fit :(
All that's wrong with me now is that I'm a good bit chubbier then I was. Need to lose that... didn't lose any muscle though. I can still feel my stomach muscles, just under some 1.5 cm of fat.

forget sake, it's like 4 o clock and i can barely even concentrate, yet i continute to post
