Shinji, I came and was pissed about the fact that people made their own water baseplates because they were too lazy to ask for trust, or you were too busy. I would suggest getting the trust system add-on: http://forum.returntoblockland.com/dlm/viewFile.php?id=25
I used it on my old ME, works like a charm.

AKA: you tried to build over by my PMC which i own the waters around so people don't build right next to it making it so cluttered I cannot spawn a navy.

I never built on anything. If you don't want people to build on a certain area, enforce that yourself or ask an admin.
