Ok, So I started up steam to chat with a friend, Next thing I know, TF2 Is in the loving library, I didnt even buy it..
What just happened?

apparently tf2 is put into people's libraries for free for a week for some reason
probably not permanent. probably. hopefully.

I think its permanent. Because if it wasnt, wouldnt it say it? Like, It said "Black Op's Multiplayer - 5 days remaining"
But this just says "Team Fortress 2"
