To me it seems like all the truly amazing modders were all here from the start, then a decent one here or there sprouted in the way Bisjac suggested, every 10k round.

A popular youtuber would be someone popular on youtube, not blockland. Examples of this would be FreddieW, Shane Dawson, iJustine, Shay Carl, Kassem G, Fred, Nigahiga, Smosh, ect.
I really don't think that plan would work anyways. It's not like theres any popular youtubers who seem to be into gaming and legos, most of them are just vloggers.
I could possibly see FreddieW making a machinima with BL for fun
Why do we need a bigger fanbase anyways? We have one fanbase, gamers who like legos. There is barely any group left after that.

The idea was popular youtubers WHO PLAY Video games, this includes BlueXephos, Yogscast2, EditZP, MuzzaFuzzaGaming, TheGameStation, ect.

I've actually never heard of any of them except for yogcast.
But yeah that would probably work better.

Trader was not banned, he just kinda disappeared the same way Kaje did. Space Guy kinda disappeared too, I see him sometimes on steam and rarely in game.
Also at the game informer thing, that could actually take off if we show them some impressive crap. Especially gaming related, I can sign up on the site and throw some of my Portal stuff on there.
