well, he won't kill himself. if he has a normal social status in school i would imagine that this "depression" will disappear once he gets together with his friends. i've had the same sort of depressed feeling, for me it's being lonely because no one lives in my neighborhood.

I don't know what to think, but after reading this, I think you should question his authority, ask him, if you think that it's true, why he's more interested in his building work than family. You might get something, if not have the family back you up on this. This is nothing to kill yourself over, you must be really driven towards hating life if you want to commit Self Delete.

If I knew almost every aspect of your problem, the people on here may be able to help you (I know you are leaving a lot of things out and I won't be able to persuade you into writing it out)

You are on a forum full of a diverse group of people that may have many different opinions on your situation, simply because they interpret it differently.
