Does This Eval Script Work

I know the eval mod lets you do something with the console and the chat messages but whatever I have to use this eval mod for my dedicated hosting service so would this Script_Eval addon work properly i just want to know and i cant tell ingame :P
It looks fine to me but i can't trust myself with scripting.
