How do you Install Plug ins

Hey could some one make a video on youtube or just tell me how to instal the Python Plug in into Blender please help

Download python 2.6.3
click on the installer.
follow instructions and install.

I did that but it dosnt show the export

Once you have downloaded the exporter, Open the blender file location and go to the folder /.blender/scripts-in that folder is where you should take everything out of the zip file and put it in there.
