It's Pacnet who was banned from the forums for the reason Troll/handicap.

And yeah there is someone else managing this. Like i said, I'm documentation, Pacnet is the guy behind everything though.
Also, yes he was banned from the forums (I think we're overusing the word "ban" here so ya), but i feel sorry for him :panda:

No. Pacnet who manages the project PPDHS banned him (Not perma) so he cannot use this service until the date provided. Pacnet just said "Just cause." when i asked him about the ban
