I went to a server hosted by this guy.
Then I asked him for why he had continued complaining over not finding any eval mod even after I pointed him to mine. Then I gave him the link again. And then he asked for a step-by-step tutorial for setting it up.

It's funny because none of Pacnet's clients aren't really server hosters.
