Essentially the "key entering process" consists of telling him your password and then him inserting it manually.
At least it did last time.

So i would have to enter setKey("") into my dedicated.bat dedicated console and that means i would have to know my client's key.
Is this unacceptable or should i use remote console?

IMHO it wouldn't help with the key entering but it would sure be useful for other console usage.

So, apparently you enter their key into the console for them? Or do they enter it via eval on the server? Either way they both sound incredibly untrustworthy.
