My 9-year-old Sister has a Blockland Account- LOOK OUT BELOW

I would suggest keeping her in her own server then when you think she is ready have some of YOUR friends come to the server and see if she's ready to be playing on servers with other people. Make sure you teach her NOT to be a noob.
