Mueller did caution that the courts wouldn't likely take Apple's side if potential legal opponents were able to show that they didn't just ape the iPhone's touchscreen interface finger swipe for finger swipe.

The only thing that you probably use flash for is Youtube and flash games.

There is a youtube app that is default with ALL iOS devices.

You can't play flash games too well on phones anyway.

So what's your problem with Apple and no flash?

Flash is nice to have mainly because I like playing flash games and browsing the web on my phone and being able to see whatever the website has on it using Flash. The YouTube app is nice though flash is good for other things as well.

I hate Apple because everything made by Apple I've ever used has been a piece of freakin' garbage. Their computers are terrible in my opinion, my iPod randomly died on me for no apparent reason, and now they're attempting to take over an entire market.

If you dislike a company's products, you wouldn't want them taking over a market that effects you. I have a Droid and personally I love Android, if it were to disappear I would be sad.
