damage mitigation isn't a waste. building full glass cannon is stupid. sure, getting both of them might be overkill, but one of them should suffice.

nah if you build more than 2 defensive items on xin he doesn't do any damage. he NEEDS black cleaver and a phantom dancer or ghostblade. even then his low base health makes him squishy as hell.
