Haven't played in a long time.
I feel like all the newer champs swamp out the classics sometimes.
Do you guys think that with the abundance of champs, that playing one people haven't seen in a while will dominate?
It used to be that way for say people like Urgot, or Cass.
Just wondering if I can roll in with a Karthus mid for old time's sake and still laugh at how many times people run into my glowing balls of death.

Karthus is still really viable and played in major tourneys?

I know he is still viable, there is a lot more variety as far as who could go mid nowadays.
He isn't #1 mid anymore I don't believe.
The point was he is my favorite mid.

I can't believe how little I know of old champion's skills yet I know EVERY new champions skills. Only just learnt that Katarina reduces her cooldowns on kill today. Makes me want to try her because it sounds a bit similair to AP Yi (Where if you get one kill in a fight then you can get another easily)
