Yeah sure ap and ad teemo are playable but how often do you see them chosen in competive?
Iv seen one and that was offtank ad teemo. Its the fact that there are better ad carries Kog/Graves/Vayne/Caitlyn
, than theemo. Ap teemo has great harrash but gets beaten down easily cause hes really squishy. You cant really win a better ap champion mid unless the other player is horrible.
Myself i mostly play ad or solotop cause having 2 runepages is gay as forget and cant have them jungle runes fit in there
Teemo is just not a champion that really has a purpose Yeah he may have shrooms and is hard to gank but thats it really getting focused by ad hes boom really quick

Yes indeed, Since twitch got nerfed long time ago hes been stuffty unless you go jungle twitch aka steal enemy junglers blue @ start with smite and then gank/jungle

he's stuffty in competitive but I haven't played enough games to hit 30 yet so I wouldn't know.
I'll be back when I'm level 30 and we can settle this by slaughtering each other!
..also tanks are obviously supposed to tank, hence the name
