Exactly. He's good for reasons that aren't playing "MAXIMUM DPS LOL", which is what they're trying to say he can do.
When in reality, the reason Teemo is good is because he's really fast, sneaky, can blind AD carries, and those god damn loving mushrooms.

My definition of carry is someone who can't take damage well. They stay behind the tank until the fight is initiated. They jump in with their massive damage and quickly clean up a bad team.
This is what Twitch doesn't do. He's an assassin. If you run up to an enemy team as Twitch, you're going to die. If you sneak around and pick off stray targets, then you're going to help the team win.

I feel that Garen does best when you're not playing pure tank. It actually makes him a threat instead of only running from him when you're low health. (which you probably do vs any champ anyways)
