Author Topic: setKey Problem And Confusion  (Read 1471 times)

One of the clients for PPDHS dedicated hosting called Uxie was able to trust us with setKey("");.
I typed his auth key in setKey(""); and disaster happened.
First of all, the server restarted and my blockland game restarted, also. When i loaded, blockland said,
"Welcome, Uxie"
Pac changed his key back to what his own key was, and then Went to the server list.
There he saw "Uxie and jes00's Medieval CTF [WIP]"
It was supposed to be  "Pacnet2011 and jes00's Medieval CTF [WIP]"
But.
Agh.
You get the idea.
How come this happened?

Because thats what happens when they setkey... it sets the server to there key, for a hosting provider you seem to know nothing about hosting servers :D

You need to install blockland ten times in ten different folders to host ten people.

Like:
c:\program files\blockland1
c:\program files\blockland2
c:\program files\blockland3
c:\program files\blockland4
c:\program files\blockland5
c:\program files\blockland6
c:\program files\blockland7
c:\program files\blockland8
c:\program files\blockland9
c:\program files\blockland10
etc.
