Well, Twilight eats a daffodil sandwich in Ticket Master. Pinkie loves cupcakes/sweets. I'd assume vegetables made in a slight-human fashion would work. Considering she can talk, she could help out and tell you what she likes and how to prepare it (she is a cook). Where would she sleep? On your bed of course. Otherwise you'd have to provide living quarters.
