because the fans found the error and named her, and because of that she became more than just some background character, her popularity has surged well past the others. being a background character, she has nothing tied to her other than that name and those eyes, you can do anything with her.

she's the fandom's mascot really. she's used regularly for those reasons

She had two voices, and the second one that was more girly will likely be the one that sticks if they choose to give her another line.
She is unlikely to speak in the series again though, due to that last event. A normal, non-speaking background pony we can spot at times.
