I always skip the theme song.

i used to have to put effort into stomaching the intro theme, now i'm pretty much okay with it.

in fact I somewhat hated it and just skipped over it all the time until the tail end of my marathon a little over a year ago when I really got into the show


also people are starting to refer to the season finale as

the ManRay episode

because of the potential for it to follow the same theme (I think it's even the same writer or something idk (posts go so fast and you can't believe everything you read on /mlp/))

to be honest i've definitely intentionally listened to the extended version of the theme song quite a few times
and although not really "catchy", it does give a joyful feeling
