It's a good faq, but -

it's filled with people that tries to be nice and they respect each other more than what we normally see on the internet

IMO, This isn't guaranteed in most communities, in some they are nice, in others they are just plain elitist or act like as if they have special rights just for being part of it.
They are just as "nice" as any other fandom on the internet, really.
