Steps for preventing trolling in a small-scale community:
1) Make it admin-approval required to begin posting.
2) Do not approve an account unless someone you know contacts you and tells you that they've registered a certain account

It's that easy. The 'blockland booru' did this and the NSFW stuff stopped.

As I have stated several times. You are not leaving the community. You are just posting about ponies elsewhere, unless, you are only posting about ponies in the blockland forums, then you would actually be leaving. And if you're only posting about ponies in the blockland forums, there's a problem. Regardless of what you said, my point also still stands.
