the act of posting the same message to multiple threads, in excess (as in your action stuff) its considered spam, theres also a no crossposting rule.
I've only posted it in this thread and the anti-pony thread. Two threads are fine as long as they have relatable subjects and in this case they do. Posting the same image in unrelated topics is crossposting.
As for the whole
spam issue; I've only posted the picture enough to the point where it's not considered as spam. It even has ponies in it and this topic is about ponies. This
image spam as you call it is no worse than the image spam nienhaus1 posted at least a few hundreds of pages back that had over 15 large images in one post.
