There are plenty of bad OCs out there made just for the intention of shipping with one of the mane 6, but there are some good OCs out there as well.

I have seen good ones aswell, but if it comes to shipping, I'd rather it be canon.

Suprisingly OCs for other fandoms or games aren't usually like this. (Ive spent a year developing mine, adding his backstory, looks, attitude, etc)
