Considering shes in the ceiling and hes on the ground and that she would kick his ass knowing her personality I'd say she has a good chance of escaping.

if she's in the ceiling, she probably had to find a way into the basement in order to cut a perfectly square hole up there.

Asa's in Military school, plus she could quickly crawl back up the hole and get out.

Also she could sonic rainboom or have Twilight teleport her out.
