The UPO is a group asa made to spread his propaganda of how RD is not a lesbian and how every OC is stuff or something

UPO is more about me enforcing my beliefs on everyone
and O - 100 was 'every OC is stuff burn them all' but it's now more along the lines of 'upo special forces' or some stuff.

EDIT: UPO / O-100 were mainly fictional factions for fanfictions

the story im writing has very little shipping and is mostly death, destruction and human to human combat.
