I did a small sample in which I looked at when Chrono and herobrine posted at very similar times on the, "Banned!" thread.

They posted within 10 seconds of eachother on June 30th.

I found what used to be Xherobrinex's youtube.

I cannot find his BL_ID using his name, and I do not have his email address.

They are not the same people.

Unfortunately, I can't find any other accounts of Chrono's (Due to the fact he has a common username and I don't have his email) so there is definitely a reasonable doubt.

xherobrinex is confirmed not chrono. He might be an alt of someone else though.
