Tony is obviously too intelligent for us. He does do moronic things and he's a hypocritical bitch. But he's really knowledgeable of how the forum and moderation works. He can easily evade banning and keep from admitting trolling for a long time. A rule someone made up for a specific thread by a forum member does not hold a candle.
