before anyone says "blatant trolling" - there really is no rule about that. it's a vague invisible rule that is typically determined by the administrator/moderators.
even if it is obvious and straight in the face, it doesn't seem to be enough for a ban.

Blatantly trolling should be bannable.

Quite honestly the other day I was about to take a little hiatus because of all this bullstuff, but y'know what's ironic? The main reason I didn't was because I knew that doing so would only allow Tony and his band of buttforgets to have a victory party. Dat plan backfire

So did I. The administration (by which I'm referring to any combination of Badspot, Ephialtes, and Rotondo) clearly knows that he's causing an uproar considering Ephialtes posted in one of the Tony-based threads today simply to dismiss a claim that he had been the one who said something. He had to have read through the thread to see that post.
One or more of a few things are happening here:
1. The administration is indifferent to the things that are going on here
2. The administration supports the actions of said people because of their views on the group being attacked (see: Badspot's opinions on those involved in furry fandom, which many believe is the root of the MLP fandom)
3. The administration doesn't want to anger either "side" and as a result is not taking action (although I don't recall this being a problem in the past)
4. The administration doesn't view what's going on to be in violation of the rules, written or unwritten
