/r/mylittlepony seems to be calming down now, the guy who posted that fan-mail plan retracted it and apologized. the frontpage is still filled with Save Derpy things, but that'll probably pass within the next day. I'd say it would die down until an official announcement was made, and it would explode if the worst came to pass, but if it is nothing it will be regarded as such and the entire ordeal will disappear.

Don't get me wrong, I love ciderface, but scrunchyface will always Annoying Orange it

All I did was take a vector (which was about 5000x5000 px) from dA and used the wand/a few lines, by the time you resize it to avatar size any imperfections are completely invisible
