if so, that's bullstuff. The fandom doesn't make the show, control the show, or have any say in the show. Derpy is the only thing that ever reached the show, and she is still not that big in it.

A fandom isn't a reason to start hating a show. If a show/game/something was centered around its fandom (like perhaps the fandom created it), and the fandom destroys it/makes it look bad/etc, then that would make sense.

It's the fandom, I know it. Because sometimes I get annoyed and even disgusted at the fandom, so I can understand why he left or even hated the fandom, but that is no reason to hate the show itself.
